Melbourne Jazz Festival 2009

M&C Media was proud to be involved in the Melbourne Jazz Festival 2009 for the second year running. Photographing events held around Melbourne were lot of fun, but posed some challenges with tricky lighting conditions, difficult stage setups and some movement restrictions. There’s nothing like facing such challenges and being able to overcome them! We produced some excellent images, capturing the soul and essence of JAZZ.

Being fans of jazz, and other genres of music, it was such a great experience to enjoy the sounds of some of the great international jazz musicians and the fantastic local talent, while doing what we love to do most – capturing the moment on film (digitally)

Memorable moments of MJF 2009 - Katie Noonan and Kate Ceberano at Hamer Hall, Jim Black at The Forum, Jazz for Kids at BMW Edge etc.
